Financial Literacy Week - 2025
As envisioned in NSFE (2020-25), one of the strategic objectives is to observe a Financial Literacy Week during every year on the lines of the Financial Literacy Week being currently observed by RBI and a Digital Financial Services Day once a year to bring financial awareness among masses.
In this connection, Financial Literacy Week (FLW) will be observed from February 24th, 2025 – February 28th, 2025 on the theme of “Financial Literacy – Women’s prosperity” “वित्तीय समझदारी – समृद्ध नारी” which aligns with the strategic objectives of the National Strategy for Financial Education: 2020-2025 and the following activities would be undertaken in an online mode to mark the event.
Financial Literacy Quiz 2025 for School Students
The National level Financial Literacy Quiz contest is a step towards assessing and improving the financial literacy among the school students across the country. This is a proctored quiz conducted by National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE) in coordination with financial sector regulators, viz. RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and PFRDA. This quiz will be conducted during the Financial Literacy week 2024 for 5 days i.e. from February 24th 2025 12:01 AM – February 28th 2025 11:59 PM. The objective of online quiz competition is to make school students aware of basic financial literacy and to increase financial education amongst them with a vision of “A financially aware and empowered India”.
