This can be used to manage one\u2019s personal finances. <\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>100 minus your age rule<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">This rule is used for asset allocation. One can find out how much of his\/her portfolio to be allocated to equities by subtracting one\u2019s age from 100.
